Positive: The home is spacious and the air-conditioning keeps things comfortable. There is plenty of sofa space for a family. There is a pleasant balcony overlooking the garden which is lovely. Several beaches are walking distance away and a couple of restaurants and a grocery store. The location is relatively quiet and the other residents on the street very friendly.

Negative: The decor and fittings are a little dated, although fairly typical for a holiday home. There are services in town locally within walking distance, however if you are staying for more than a couple of days and want to go further afield it is really helpful to have a vehicle, there is not really any public transport at all in Mitikas other than taxis. There is plenty of parking on a grassy area near the end of the street which was great once we rented a car part way through the stay.
