Summary: The location of this property is exceptional being across the PCH from the beach. The unit itself though, was lacking. There are no window coverings for any of the windows facing the walkway to the unit and the front door walkway which is shared with other units. Other people use it as a cut through to the alley behind. We did not feel secure having no coverings. Anyone walking by could peer into the windows. We tried making a pillow wall to block the view inside with not much success. Also, the unit across the walkway has a motion sensor camera that picks up any movement in this unit so at night if you are going from living room to kitchen for a drink for example, a bright flood light comes on and fills the unit. Hard to relax at night with your guard up the whole time. For the other windows in the house, there were shower curtains as window coverings. Unit was minimally furnished and couch had cat hair all over it. Some TLC would go a long way for this property.
