Summary: The cleanliness and overall maintenance could be improved, although both the housekeeper and handyman were very kind and helpful. While I cannot personally confirm it, I was informed that employee wages may be quite low. Additionally, my car was slightly vandalized during my stay, and the manager did not address or follow up on my complaint.
