This lovely 2 bedroom townhouse dating back to the 1800's, on two levels, is situated less than a mile from the historic University town centre of Cambridge, in the vibrant Mill Road area. Within easy walking distance of the town centre near Parker's Piece, and from the end of the road a great selection of independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The main train line station to London is less than 10 minutes walk from the house giving easy access to London for day trips, work or whatever! Ideal for sightseers, professionals who prefer a home from home, and parents visiting studying university students.
The open plan layout of this original 1800's Townhouse has a comfy leather sofa, chair and pouffe to relax in after a hard days sight seeing. You can enjoy the new technology, Freeview flat screen SMART TV and i-pod docking station/DAB radio or settle for some good old fashioned games and jigsaw puzzles.
