1 Bedroom Apartment in Sidney
Located in an attractive newly built neighbourhood the upstairs unit of 695 sq. ft. (64.6 sq. m.) has a separate coded lock entrance and separate parking. It is a very short walk to two marinas, walking trails and parks with beach access. You are only 3.4 km or 8 minutes to BC Ferries. Downtown Sidney is 7 minutes away and you can get to the Airport in eleven. There is a bus stop almost at the front door - the route cycles through Sidney and on to Downtown Victoria with many stops along the way. Unit regularly undergoes a professional deep cleaning including mattress and carpeting and we have just replaced small kitchen appliances and ALL bed and bath linens. The Kitchen is exceptionally well supplied to meet your needs if you are staying for only a week or several months. We supply basic condiments and breakfast essentials so you don't have to worry about that cup of coffee the morning after you arrive. There are TV's in both the Living Room and Bedroom and WiFi is provided. The Kitchen and Bathroom are well stocked with all cleaning, paper products and toiletries. You don't even have to bring your hair dryer.
Covid 19
We require that our guests are fully vaccinated.
We implement strict cleaning and sanitation procedures. All hard surfaces are disinfected with Microban. Different sets of linens are used for each guest - at least a week apart.
Beds are stripped down to the mattress and all sheets, protectors and covers are changed, washed in hot water, dried in a hot dryer and ironed. Linen sets are then given at least a week's rest to ensures there are no lingering pathogens. Mattress are vacuumed, sanitized and professionally cleaned at regular intervals. Pillows are sanitized, changed frequently and treated to a bounce in a hot dryer.
