Summary: Stayed here for on a trip with my mother. The photos and price led me to believe this property would be much nicer than it actually was. I can see the charm of maintaining a historical property but some updates were sorely needed. Certainly the 1947 aesthetic could have been kept while still maintaining appearances. The bathroom was tiny with old fixtures and poor workmanship. The walls were paper thin so it was hard to get sleep. I could hear conversations, music and footsteps from the room next door until after midnight. The location is great and walking distance to the main drag which was a plus. Few parking spots offered but also plenty of street parking. Pool area was dirty on the day of arrival, but was nice on the day we actually decided to enjoy it.
