Cheers to having everything you need for the perfect beach trip! Rosy Cheeks cottage is directly across the street from Hannah Park! Enjoy ample parking there and of course access to the gorgeous beach. The house is equipped with beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels, corn hole, a tandem bike, 2 regular bikes and of course a ping pong table! After the beach hop into the outdoor shower and then have some drinks at the living room bar:) Plenty of space to make memories with your whole crew!

Entire beach house for the whole crew . House sits in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to anywhere you might want to go in the beautiful Mayport/ Atlantic Beach/ Jacksonville beach area! House is 3 minutes from the Naval base and right across the street from Hannah park!
Additional things to note:
- STRICT: booking guest must be on premise for entire stay.
- STRICT: Party and Noise Restriction - NO unapproved parties or loud gatherings/groups. Consideration of neighbors is required.
- Absolutely NO smoking inside home. A $500 additional cleaning fee will apply if unit smells of smoke.

We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video around the perimeter of our house. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever
