Positive: The staff are quite literally the best thing about this hotel…. Carla is incredible. And the Night Manager is also so considerate and engaging. The restaurant is very good, and the pool area good to be around (sometimes some of the guests are a little rowdy). The Crazy Bear is unique… and is sometimes the decor is too much …. But you should expect that … just look at the photos.
Negative: There was no gym, despite saying there was .. it apparently just closed. The room is quite dark, and the lights just insufficient… but again you should know this just by looking at the pictures…
Summary: Crazy… but we had a great time.
