1 Bedroom Cottage in Porreres
This beautiful cosy stone-faced cottage for two adults is in the middle of rural Mallorca. Our special abode is not all you get when you come to us.
The finca is located 1.8km from the nearest village, Porreres. It has a 6m x 11m pool, furnished terraces all around the house and a large garden. It is 15–30 minutes from the south and eastern beaches.
The house is made up of living space with a closed wood-burning fire, an open kitchen, a double bedroom with a dressing room, a bathroom with a sunken bathtub.
We have an extensive library. There is an outside 4 poster double bed, as well, for when the weather permits.
The house runs on Solar energy and an artesian well for water. We do not have air conditioning, but an overhead fan in the bedroom. The house is surrounded by many different kinds of herbs, plants and rose bushes which harmonise the house and its extended space.
We have 8.000m2 of cultured garden space with many quiet hidden spots to relax, meditate, read or just bake in the sun.
We live in the adjoining house, completely separately, and have a dog and a cat. Our pets enjoy saying good morning and visiting our guests during their stay, and everyone has enjoyed it very much!
The cottage is fully fitted out with basic domestic necessities which we ask our guests to replenish as needed. You do not need to buy water, we have our own freshwater. We make your holidays as comfortable and happy as possible. We supply umbrellas. Beach towels not supplied.
Should you have friends or family on the island at the same time we also have the facility for you to occasionally entertain your guests at another separate terrace near the cottage, in the garden, under the Mulberry trees at a large table for up to 10 people.
