Gîte designed to accommodate exclusively business stays (2 people, 2 bedrooms). Accommodation on the northern side of an 18th century farmhouse adjoining 2 other gîtes. Each gîte has its own private spaces and parking. The land is enclosed and planted with trees.
You are in the countryside, while being close to Château-Gontier (5 min by car). Neuf Sauveloup is a hamlet of a few houses, on a hillside, in a quiet area.
The town of Château-Gontier is well known for its rich heritage, its port, its sports facilities and the variety of its shops.
Close to the towns of Angers (30 min), Laval (20 min), Craon (20 min), les Coëvrons and Sainte Suzanne.
