This well-decorated guest suite is centrally located in the heart of Portland within a walking distance to Portland State University (PSU), OHSU, Under Armour Headquarters, Farmer's Market, and etc. It features with comfortable King bed and sofa bed. Easy access to all major freeways. FREE off street parking!!
It is thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything you may need to feel like home.
**Please accurately disclose the number of guest(s) for your reservation. Extra guest fee is $15 per person per night, after 2 guests. You will be subjected to $50 fine per person per night if you fail to include extra person(s) when making the reservation. However, if a reservation has been made with inaccurate number of guest(s), you can edit the number of guest(s) at the reservation page accordingly.***
**Guests will require to provide the Name, Address, and Vehicle information (License Plate number) to keep in our log book per Portland City Code's requirement.
**PARKING
A parking space for one car is provided during your stay.
Guest can park a car in our driveway all the way into the end of the driveway (front of the guest suite). Please note that our driveway is narrow, might need a little bit maneuvering into our driveway.

**This guest suite has its own private entrance separated from main home. Please respect the privacy guests/tenants of the main house.
**Please note that there are security cameras installed at the front door of guest suite and the main house, side of the driveway and the other side of the house.
**The house is centrally located in the city of Portland. There may be occasionally some noises on the property though it is not common. Ear plugs provided on site.
**Please ensure you lock door every time when you enter and leave the property. This would help to secure your safety and the belongings.
**To save energy, please keep doors and windows closed when turning heater or AC on. Also, please turn heater or AC off when you are leaving the property. Our heater and AC are pretty quick to heat up or cool down.
**Please leave the front porch's light on when leaving the property.
**Non-registered guests are NOT allowed at the property after 10pm.
**No smoking or vaping of any substances is allowed at the property (inside and outside the property). Subject to $500 fine and $300 smoke removing fee.
**No PETS or animals allowed at this property at anytime due to allergies concern. Subject to $500 fine.
**Parties, Campfire, BBQ and Fireworks are NOT allowed at the property. Subject to $500 fine.
**Do not burn candles or incense in the guest suite.

Summary: This property suited our needs very well for our exploration of downtown. It's about a five block walk to the main light rail line in the city center. You need to cross an extremely busy intersection to get there but there are crossing lights that function well, so it really isn't difficult, but might be a bit stressful for some people. Unit is at the foot of one of the best neighborhoods in PDX, which we enjoyed exploring by car. The unit itself is great. As they mention in the listing, the driveway which is available to renters is narrow. We parked an Altima in it, and it was tight, but doable. The upper floor is a huge, one bedroom attic-like space with slanted walls and dormers. It was extremely comfortable and cozy. Bed was a very nice king size memory foam mattress. It was hot in the city during our stay, so we were glad there were a/c units on both levels that worked perfectly. One issue is that the bathroom is downstairs, and the stairs seemed a bit steep to us, with motion activated lighting that only turned on once you were several steps up or down. Downstairs was a sectional sleeper sofa which provided a comfortable, semi private space for our teen. There is a small kitchen, and the bathroom was very small, but very clean and seemed recently renovated. Everything seemed very clean and all linens and towels were very fresh smelling, but there was a slight moldy smell in the unit that persisted throughout our stay, but wasn't too disturbing.
