Free spots are available south of the property next to a white industrial building, though most spots require payment via the "Pay by Phone" app.

Other Things to Note: For the safety and security of all guests, we have installed three visible security cameras outside: one integrated into the doorbell for Unit 1, another overseeing the entire front entrance, and a third integrated into the doorbell of Unit 2. All cameras are motion-activated and positioned in public areas only. We strictly enforce a no-party policy to respect our neighbors and maintain the home's condition. If any unauthorized gatherings occur, your reservation will be canceled, Airbnb notified, and additional fines may apply.

We kindly remind you that due to the compact nature of our unit, we can accommodate a maximum of two guests comfortably. If you're traveling with additional guests, please inquire about discounts for Unit 1 to keep everyone close by. Regrettably, we cannot allow pets on the property due to limited space and lack of natural outdoor areas. Smoking is prohibited inside the unit, but feel free to use the outdoor seating area responsibly.
