Located above the only road serving the valley leading to Puy Mary and Aurillac, this cottage is ideal for outdoor activities: numerous hikes (GR4, GR400 and the nearby Jordanne Gorges, Puy Mary Grand Site National), fishing and adventure trails at Lac des Graves, the outdoor activities center in Mandailles (hiking, horseback riding, climbing, canyoning, via ferrata, electric mountain biking/hybrid bikes, etc.), and the Super-Lioran ski resort (cross-country and downhill skiing, snowshoeing). You can also explore the region's architectural heritage: Romanesque churches, the villages of Salers and Tournemire, listed as "Most Beautiful Villages of France," the town of Aurillac and its historic district. On site, you have access to a ping-pong table and a pétanque court shared with the other gîte.
This gîte boasts a 25 m² enclosed wooden terrace overlooking the valley and private parking. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen area, a living room with a pellet stove (pellets provided), a flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet access, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with a toilet.
