Gamundi Gran is a vacation country house for 10 persons outside Ca`n Picafort, in a very quiet area. The finca is situated on a plot of 11000m2 and has a living area of 275 m2 on 2 floors. On the first floor is the kitchen with all kitchen appliances and has an exit to the backyard with herbs and vegetables. There is a living dining room with ASTRA satellite TV, dining table and exit to the terrace. In addition, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the first floor. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en suite. All bedrooms have satellite TV ASTRA and a safe.
The large, beautifully landscaped garden has a swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers and a built-in barbecue, petanque court and beach volleyball. There are several covered terraces of which one is glazed.
