Property details; Two bedrooms/2 bathrooms upstairs and one bedroom/bath room on ground level. Master bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, with an on-suite bathroom with heated floors. Both sofas upstairs pull out to beds and twin bed pull out in ground level.
Open kitchen with dishwasher, and everything you need to cook. Grill satellite TV, Internet, washer and dryer.
Twenty two foot boat dock for your exclusive use as well as one stall of the garage.
Enjoy Esmann Island charm, with private resident-only pond fishing, playground and beach area. Bring your golf cart and cruise the island. Perfect location to view fall leaves, hunting, and ice fishing in winter months.
Due to island rules only monthly reservations are allowed.
Minimum age to rent is 24. No Smoking, Damage deposit $500. Cleaning fee of $175.

Parking available on empty lot directly to west of cottage. This lot can accommodate RV and boat parking as well.
