This house has 4 rooms facing outside: 1 suite with double bed and terrace, 2 independent double rooms and a loft with two beds. Built-in wardrobes, two fully-equipped bathrooms and one toilet.
Parlavà is a little and quiet village of Empordà area, with Costa-Brava beaches only 15 kms away. Ideal house to lodge till 8 people in a quite, wide and natural environment in Empordà and Costa Brava area.

A big leaving-room with sofas and dinning table with a large window, through which you can access to the private garden with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer and dishwasher). Between the dining-room and the kitchen there is an opening to easy mouve dishes and tableware. Finally, there is a toilet in the ground-floor.
FIRST FLOOR: 3 rooms and 1 bathroom.
The suite is directly connected to a private terrace with outdoor furniture to be relaxed. It is a large room with fitted wardrobes and a fully-equipped bathroom with shower. The second room has one single bed, a desk and one fitted wardrobe (another bed available under request). The third room has a double, and is equipped with built-in wardrobe and desk as well. The two rooms share a fully-equipped bathroom with a bath.
