Summary: We checked in and the room was very hot. I asked the person at the front desk how to adjust the thermostat. I was told the air conditioning was broken. I said we didn’t want to stay the second night with the room temperature so high. I was told we could not check out a day early to move to another hotel with air conditioning, but we would receive a one night credit. We have not seen it.
