Located in a tranquil setting in the village of Llanfarian with access to the scenic Ystwyth Trail directly from the doorstep. Village shop and licensed fish and chips shop within walking distance, whilst the seaside town of Aberystwyth is less than 3 miles with its cafes, shops and restaurants and a range of attractions. This inclides a cliff railway and narrow gauge railway to Devils Bridge, two beaches and a promenade, the National Library of Wales, a castle, University and the largest Arts Centre in Wales.
