Architect's house, in wood, on a 2500m2 wooded plot, surrounded by pines and oaks, ideally located between Soulac and Montalivet, in the village of Grayan and the hospital. The access is done from the road by a path of 150 meters, which preserves the place from everything overlooked. The house, with a surface of 130m2 is oriented to the south, it consists on the ground floor, of a large living room of 50m2 with an open kitchen, fully equipped, a master suite with shower room on the ground floor. and an independent toilet. The whole large room, in raw concrete and wood, is crossed by large sliding bays with sliding exterior shutters. The single floor with parquet floors is made up of 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. The bedrooms are all equipped with double beds, 2 double beds of 140 upstairs and 1 double bed in 160 in the master suite, each one has large closets. The house is heated in winter by a wood stove and ultra-flat radiators in the rooms.
The kitchen, widely open to the living room, is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, hood and plenty of storage.
