The kitchen has been equipped with quality kitchen cookware and barware to enjoy. It also features a keurig for your morning coffee or tea that can be enjoyed on the cozy balcony off the living room. Your favorite TV shows can be viewed on one of the 3 flatscreen TV's with a smart TV located in the living area, and firesticks added to the master and 2nd bedroom for streaming. WiFi is also available throughout. The Master Suite is tastefully decorated and features cathedral ceilings, a king bed and Master Bath. The 2nd Bedroom offers a full bed, and Hall Bath. Both bedrooms had new carpets installed in 2020. Additionally, the large sectional sofa offers a full pullout. There is also a washer/dryer for your convenience. The community offers 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, fitness clubhouse (with WiFi), basketball court and playground just a short walk away. The location of this condo is ideal being on the ocean side of Rt. 1 and approximately 1 mile to the beach and less than 1 mile to downtown Rehoboth and the many outlets on Rt. 1. Located adjacent to the bike path linking Rehoboth Beach to Lewes (Breakwater Junction Trail) with access to the beach and some of the outlets it's perfect for a bike ride, stroll or run.
