Located just a short walk to the water, this brand new home offers ultra plush beds, a spacious covered deck and a nice BBQ area. With 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 living areas and and open floor plan this home is perfect for a large family vacation. The master bedroom, located downstairs, has a King size bed and a nice onsuite bathroom. There is also a half bath downstairs for guests along with the main living area and kitchen. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, cutlery and dishes you will need. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be together while cookiing, hanging out in the living area or playing a game at the dinner table. Upstairs there a 2 bedrooms each with there own private bathroom. The first bedroom upstairs has a King bed and the second one 2 Full beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the second living area. Off the upstairs you will find a large deck with peek a boo views of the water. There are exterior stairs from the upstairs deck to the yard. The best part of the house is the whole yard is completely fenced in. This makes it perfect if you have a fur baby or small children. You can just open the door and they can go outside without you worrying about them running off. This community also has a pool, pier and boat launch.
