The booked space (the entire second floor) offers 1 queen bed and 1 'full size' futon, plus 2 single cots if necessary perfect for a single, couple or small family. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and brilliant decor throughout. With 2 bathrooms (one full and one half with a third half bath available) and an additional office space with a single bed, this rental provides all the comforts you need. Owner is 45 year resident and knows all the stories; house has the history (original builder, John Jordan, built this house before finishing the construction of Thomas Jefferson's Monticello).
Entrance is off the free parking on West side of building; you enter through a 'mini museum' featuring a look at the original features of a grand house built in the time of Jefferson and Madison.
