In Acquacalda di Lipari, an ancient Aeolian mining village, which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, we offer a large and comfortable three-room apartment with two bathrooms, called HIERÀ by us and a comfortable studio apartment called PHOINICUSSA, both well furnished and within walking distance (30 mt.) From the beach. They can be rented together or separately.
HIERÀ is a large three-room apartment, located on the ground floor of an Aeolian-style house.
It consists of two bedrooms (one double and one with two bunk beds + one pull-out) and a double living room with fully fitted kitchen wall with all appliances (including dishwasher), a dining area, and an area living room where there is a sofa with 2 single beds and the TV point. The two bedrooms open to the east, on the rear garden of the house, where the entrance is also located. While the living room / kitchen overlooks a large covered terrace furnished with table, chairs, deck chairs and a service area with washing machine with the possibility of using an electric barbecue. The loggia has a view of the island of Salina, therefore facing west and directly overlooks a lush Mediterranean garden.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of an Aeolian-style house and has been recently renovated with fine finishes and in full respect of the Aeolian architecture, has a sea view and is located 30 meters from the beach.
It is equipped with all comforts and all rooms have air conditioning / heat pumps. Two bathrooms complete with shower complete the apartment.
The apartment also has mosquito nets in all windows and satellite TV.
WiFi is available but only on the loggia terrace.
The apartment leads directly to the beach below (30 meters) through a typical Aeolian alleyway.
