Walk up the stairs(welcome to San Francisco) past the two tiered gardens to the front door. Once inside, there are three bedrooms on this floor. One with a king and large closet( and access to rear walkway and roof deck) and one queen outfitted bedroom both with luxury mattresses and one office with small desk and a Thuma daybed with views of the bay.
Continuing upstairs you’ll find a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with brand new Sub-Zero fridge, new Wolf range and Miele dishwasher, and a dining room with a view of Coit tower.
The front living room
has dead on views of the north bay, Angel Island, and Alcatraz. As well as a comfortable new leather couch and chairs and 70” TV with viewing apps(Netflix,HBO, prime) and listening apps (pandora, Sonos and Sirius) for your modern experience.
Out the back door, continue up the stairs for the best glass enclosed roof deck in the city. Golden gate. Downtown. All of it. Overlooking Fisherman’s Wharf.(on some nights you can hear the seals barking)
There is also a private walkway in the back with no stairs that takes you directly to North Beach, and is ideal for late night Uber drop offs.
