Positive: It is a great hotel with fantastic staff and policies! I booked a room for my elderly parents, who both have some age-related disabilities, and they were treated with utmost care and respect. I'm really thankful for that! Two years ago, I also had to do a last-minute booking and cancellation at City Gate (my husband's plane was first delayed and then cancelled), and the hotel handled this tricky situation with understanding. The room, facilities, and food were all great. On top of that, the location is amazing: between the bus/train station and the city centre and right at the stop of a day/night bus that goes to the airport.
Summary: Great rooms, food, location, facilities and staff. Highest recommendation.
