Summary: You have to jump through some hoops to communicate with them. They didn't explain that the access code to the building would be given to you automatically at 3:00 through email. I had to have someone that spoke Spanish to call and speak to an actual person. But the photo of the room I thought I would be in was not the room they put me in. I was looking forward to using the kitchenette, but there were roaches everywhere. So I had to go out to eat. And you have to climb many stairs to get to the room. The cleaners were friendly, the bed was comfortable, there wasn't a blow dryer provided, so bring your own. I will never stay again.
