Positive: Location was good and easy to park

Negative: No USB charging ports in room and hotel had no conversion plugs to lend. Drains in bathroom of room 103 blocked - terrible stench and nothing done about it for our 2 night stay. Invalid mother put in first floor room as requested due to no lift which was just about acceptable but bathroom had bath shower which she could not climb in. Hotel needs updating and some TLC. Front garden nice chairs - but dead plants - leaves and debris in corners and ash tray full of cigarettes- not at all inviting to sit in. Plant troughs just empty wire baskets on front of building so again no care …yet the little village full of pots and troughs of flowers…
