Summary: This is not a hotel but a hostel. And as such the place works ok. But when advertised as a hotel it falls short, there is no cleaning of the rooms, not even the toilesbasket is emptied. The power to the a/c is cut during the day and you have to ask for permission to get it switched on again. Towels are not included but cost 10Usd to rent per piece. There is no hot water in the shower This is not only a issue for Chez Lilly but more for Hotels.com as the info is not trustworthy, when seaching for a hotel in Arubu I removed appartments and hostels. But still ended up in something also known as harmony apartments or hostel. So Hotels also needs to do some better work here
