On the ground floor, a kitchen opens to the living room, equipped with a convertible sofa bed for two people, a fully furnished covered terrace with lounge and a dining area with air fans.
A second uncovered terrace equipped with a new 4-people jacuzzi, a second lounge and a closed shower with hand basin.
A fence completely protects the view of the neighboring villa.
The two air-conditioned bedrooms are located upstairs with a shared full bathroom upstairs.
The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed type QUEEN size 160 * 200, with a dressing room, a television and a small terrace.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds Twin size 100 * 190, with cupboard and storage wardrobe.

The residence offers you a shared swimming pool located about 100 meters from the villa.
For your information:
Included in the Price for a minimum of 8 nights: Internet Wifi, housekeeping entry, exit and one time in the middle of your stay with change of bed linen. A washing machine is available for your personal laundry and the rest of the household linen, such as towels, swimming pool or kitchen towel. Gardener and pool maintenance. For a stay of less than 8 nights, we will not provide cleaning services.
Not included: Your electricity consumption remains at your charge during your stay. We check the meter on arrival and departure. Only your consumption in kilowatt is invoiced to you at the legal rate in force in the village. This sum is recovered in cash the day you leave the house.

In order not to waste too much time when you leave, a team of 2 to 3 people is often present to allow a quick overhaul of linen, dishes and all household electrical equipment. The objective is to leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, to the tenants who will follow you. Any missing or broken items will also be collected in cash on the day of your departure. We make sure to keep this property in perfect condition each time it is rented for the comfort and well-being of everyone.
