On the ground floor, large living room offering dining room and character lounge with exposed stone, Burgundy stone floor, fireplace and fitted kitchen. Living room. Separate toilet. Baby bed + high chair + booster seat + baby bath available.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 bed 160, television and shower room. 2 bedrooms with 2 beds 90 each twinnable. 2nd shower room and separate toilet. Dressing room. Private terrace. Pets not allowed.
Parking in the enclosed courtyard of the property and large garden of 2000 m² shared with swing. Shared and heated swimming pool of 8m x 4m, open from May 15 to September 15 depending on the weather, from 10 [hidden] to 12 [hidden] and from 2 [hidden] to 5:30 [hidden] Bikes can be stored in the garage.
