This newly renovated Nantucket vacation rental is beautifully appointed, offering four en-suite bedrooms and multiple gathering spaces both inside and out.
Upon entering, the left side of the home features two light filled bedrooms with cathedral ceilings and en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs. One bedroom is set up with two twin beds while its neighbor features a California king sized bed.
To the right, guests will pass through a quiet seating area to read or work from home overlooking the back yard. The bookshelf is stocked with bestsellers for you to enjoy poolside or at the beach during your stay! Off of the living room, a hallway leads to the third bedroom overlooking the front of the property, also featuring a queen sized bed, television with cable, and a private bathroom with a tiled shower.
The main living area is outfitted with comfortable couches and armchairs and features a gas fireplace and TV will full cable. For your enjoyment, the home has a Bose speaker you can use indoors, at the pool, or at the beach. Connecting the living area and kitchen is an open concept dining area that seats six.
Continue through to the kitchen,which also features a cathedral ceiling with beautiful natural light. There you will find an island with seating for two and a stovetop. The kitchen is outfitted with double ovens and a large double-door refrigerator and drawer freezer. The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, pots & pans, and all the dinner, glass, and silverware needed for a comfortable stay. Also in the kitchen, guests will find the washer and dryer as well as ample storage space.
Back in the living area, a gorgeous curved staircase leads to the second floor with the primary bedroom suite. Filled with natural light, it also features a private balcony overlooking the back yard. The primary suite has its own bathroom on the second floor with a tiled bathtub/shower and a TV with cable.
All of the bedrooms will be fully made up with fresh linens for your arrival and each bathroom has their own set of towels. The home is supplied with hand soaps, dish soaps, and light cleaning supplies.
The manicured backyard is large and spacious with a private heated pool, lounge chairs, and umbrellas to enjoy. It also features a gas fire pit for ease of use in the evenings and private cabana with a small bar area and an additional bathroom and outdoor shower. For those venturing to the beach, Tucked In is fully stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler. Back on the deck, you’ll find a propane grill for barbecues, additional tables, seating, and an umbrella.
Tucked In is set back on a quiet, residential street on an oversized corner lot, offering privacy and solitude. Walk just a few minutes to the main road to access public transportation, on Nantucket our bus system is dubbed 'The Wave,' for a fare-free ride to Town. Should you bring your own vehicle, the private driveway comfortably fits two cars.
Conveniently located Mid Island, this home is just ten minutes to Town and many of our favorite beaches, such as Nobadeer and Surfside. Newly opened within a ten minute walk are the Nobadeer Cafe at The Nantucket Inn, Roastd General Store, and Casa Real Restaurant & Bar. Also within walking distance are The Thai House and Crosswinds Restaurant (for those of you have watched Wings!). Just along the bike bath towards Town, you can stop off at the newly built Hindsdale Park & Playground or head to Amelia Drive to pick up provisions at Nantucket Meat & Fish and Pip & Anchor. Just over a mile from the house are two health clubs for group fitness classes or gym sessions.
