The new private refuge for Quivira owners, is located next to the Quivira Golf Clubhouse and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The unique outdoor environment offers a large swimming pool, a terrace on the edge of the beach, bathrooms with showers and dressing rooms, a fully equipped gym, green areas for special events, and a one-of-a-kind sailboat-shaped cinema where movies are projected on an awning on one of its sails.

-Quivira has an independent reverse osmosis water treatment system (not city water), plus extra filter systems at homes and on fridge dispensers where applicable. - There is a private owners-only beach club where guests do not have access unless invited and accompanied by an owner.
- Guests have access to full ownership residential community where they are guests, not to other communities. Copala guests = Copala + golf + resorts only, Mavila guests = Mavila + golf + resorts only, etc.
- Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.
- Resort pool access can also be restricted during peak usage days or times.
