Summary: Overall, we had a nice stay. Fabio gave us a warm welcome. Princess was great throughout our stay. The guest house is in an excellent, central location that made it easy to explore Rome. The room was very clean, and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water, especially during the hot weather. The room is quite small, but that is accurately described in the listing, so it wasn’t a surprise. The only significant issue was the air conditioning. We visited during temperatures in the 90s, and our AC wasn’t cooling properly. We let the concierge know, and they explained they were already experiencing issues with the system and expected it to be repaired soon. They were very apologetic, but unfortunately the problem wasn’t resolved during our stay, making the room quite uncomfortable. We also experienced a misunderstanding and/or miscommunication regarding our transportation to the airport, which was frustrating. Fortunately, we were able to book an Uber. Despite these issues, the location, cleanliness, and friendly service made for a pleasant overall stay.
