Beautiful restored country house, situated close to Palma de Mallorca. This is a country house with an area of 20.000 m² and 250 m² of living space. It has great beautifully maintained outdoor spaces, a furnished porch and a large terrace with swimming pool. It is in a very quiet place in the countryside, surrounded by avocado trees, orange, lemon, among many others. In addition, no neighbors in the area. Most notable is its location as it is located very close to Palma, and many other parts of the island. All establishments and most basic needs are within a few minutes by car of the house, shopping centers, restaurants, bars, shops, clubs, water parks.. The interior is composed of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are two single beds and 1 double. In addition, there are 3 full baths.
