Positive: Ocean view is stunning. Master shower is nice.
Negative: Couch was soaking wet upon arrival and chairs and sofa and rug were all stained, dining table legs so wobbly couldn’t sit on some, wine refrigerator makes constant noises, coffee pot had broken glass, dishwasher didnt close properly, cabinet door in kitchen was broken, garbage disposal button gets stuck down, handles loose on all cabinets in kitchen, fridge covered in scratches, guest bathroom had mold shoot out from jacuzzi jets when I was bathing my children, door knobs extremely loose, washing machine door pops open during cycle, regular washing cycle doesn’t work had to run quick cycle only, all sinks constantly drip, master bedroom bed topper has excessive wear (had to remove just to be comfortable enough to sleep.
Summary: Beautiful view. Condo needs a lot of maintenance that has clearly been ignored.
