Positive: I don't think I knew there was such a pretty water view from the deck... a lot of things make this kind of a Goldilocks property. Reminded me of Florida vacations from when I was a kid, in a good way. When we were there, there was a huge tub of deck chairs, toys, and a foldable wagon so you could haul stuff to the beach. There were a few coolers, too. So we really wanted for nothing. There was nothing weird or off about the property. It smelled like a Florida beach house. I found the mattress comfy. In addition to the view of the canal, there is pretty foliage with beautiful birds. And also a view onto the adjacent properties pool, which brings gently wafting music and vacation vibes even more to the ample deck. The neighborhood was relatively walkable with a few items of interest nearby, like ice cream and coffee. We found the walk across the street to reach the beach access agreeable. We slept six comfortably, three adults and three children. Clearwater nearby, though we didn't even bother going. We did go to Saint Pete town, which is always recommended. Parking is easy with plenty of options underneath the apartment.
