Welcome to this beautiful house in the historical centre of Pollensa, a few metres away from the central square. It offers accommodation for 4 people and the possibility to enjoy this town full of history and charm during your vacation.
This lovely town house will transform your vacation into an unforgettable experience. It is a big Mallorcan house with two floors. It features two terraces, one on the main floor and the other on the top floor, so that you can enjoy a good breakfast or a barbecue al fresco as well as of a good time basking in the sun one one of the two sun loungers.When you enter, you find a little hall leading to a cosy living-dining area with a fireplace. This is the perfect place to rest reading a book or taking a little nap. The dining presents a table for 4 people to enjoy your meals, The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you may need like a vitro hob, a coffee maker, an electric oven, a baby high chair and much more. Upstairs there is a second sitting area with satellite TV, air-conditioning and a wood stove. There are two bedrooms with a wardrobe each. One has two twin bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and air-conditioning, and the other has a double bed and space for a cot. There is another bathroom with a bathtub in the house. Of course, you will find a washer, iron and ironing board. We can provide up to 4 electric radiators on request.The surroundings of the house are amazing. The town of Pollensa is one of the most beautiful places in Mallorca, and this is the reason why many artists choose Pollensa as their favourite place in the island. Summer nights are perfect to have a walk and come to know the historical monuments, narrow streets and ancient traditions, the music concerts, art exhibitions, bars, restaurants, shops, terraces at the lively Major Square,... The beaches of Puerto de Pollensa, Cala Sant Vicent and Formentor are about 10 minutes away by car. These are breathtaking white sandy beaches with crystalline waters. Interior
This is a traditional Majorcan 2-story house. There is a double room with two single beds and another room with a double bed. There is only AC in the living room, but we can provide you with fans for the bedrooms if you need them. The living room has a comfortable sofa where you will be able to relax watching TV or a DVD! In the kitchen you will find everything you might need during your holiday: coffee machine, toaster, microwave, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with freezer and a lot more. The dining area has a table with 4 chairs where you can organize dinners with friends and family. On the ground floor, there is an open space with sofas, which is perfect to relax, read a book or take a siesta. Of course, you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Surroundings
Mallorca, the largest island of the Balearic Islands, makes one think of beach resorts, but there are many other ways to enjoy both the coast and the inland - especially in autumn and winter, when the hoards of tourists are gone and the temperature is more suitable for outdoor activities. You can spend a week exploring the Tramuntana mountain range running along the west of Mallorca on foot or by bicycle. Or you can visit some of the wineries in the center of the island where you can enjoy traditional local wines. You can also visit a farm by cycling or hiking, where you can learn how to make the sobrasada or mallorquín pork sausage.
Here you'll find great places to eat. The Mallorcan chefs prepare traditional recipes adapted to the modern taste. There are six Michelin-starred restaurants on the island. This renewed enthusiasm for local cuisine is also evident in all the restaurants in Mallorca.

Usually the beach holiday season begins in May and ends in October, but the island is also beautiful in spring when the almond trees are in bloom. Outside the hottest months of July and August, the Balearic Islands are perfect for active holidays, with plenty to see if you are interested in plants or birds, or if you want to discover the local culture.
While most beach resorts close in the winter months, Mallorca is an ideal location for a holiday year-round. If you want more to do than to just lie on the beach, take advantage of the low winter prices and enjoy the taste of a real life in the Balearic Islands.
Conditions
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
