Summary: overall it was very nice. the place is run down but it has it's charm. we were surprised that there were no recycling bins. the other part was we didn't know there was a property connected to ours. was fine with the first tenants, not so much with the second ones who started cranking their music at 10:00 am. kinda ruined the vibe for being out in the desert enjoying nature. overall it's an amazing spot. it's probably seen better days, would benefit from someone renovating it with updates.
