This single-story chalet features three inviting bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Upon entering, you'll find a tiled entryway complete with racks for your skis and snowboards.
The heart of the home is the great room, which boasts soaring vaulted ceilings and large windows that frame the picturesque view of the covered porch and tall pines in the private backyard. You will appreciate the comfortable seating arrangements and a cozy gas stove, while entertainment options abound with a 55” 4K Smart TV that allows you to log into your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Amazon, Pandora, Hulu, and more. The Blu-Ray DVD player, basic cable, and Wi-Fi ensure you won't miss any entertainment during your stay, and the gas fireplace creates warmth on chilly winter nights.
Your dining experience is enhanced by a table that accommodates six guests, with additional seating provided by four bar stools at the kitchen counter. The well-equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop and oven, alongside essential appliances such as a gas grill, blender, coffee maker, stove-top espresso machine, toaster oven, waffle maker, and dishwasher, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable for family gatherings.
The first two bedrooms are fitted with queen beds featuring 12” memory foam mattresses, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The third bedroom is designed for the little ones, offering twin bunk beds along with an additional twin bed. For families traveling with infants, there are two pack n play cribs available.
Just two blocks away, you’ll find the Lake Tahoe Golf Course, with the Tahoe Paradise Golf Course also being nearby. Explore cross-country skiing, sledding, and snowmobile tours in the vicinity, or take a short bike ride or drive to check out Tahoe Paradise Park and Lake Baron.

While air conditioning is not provided, a full house fan is available for your comfort. The deck and patio furniture have been beautifully refinished in the summer of 2019, although please note that patio furniture is stored away during the winter months.
Please adhere to the following guidelines: Quiet hours are enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, during which time the hot tub is not available for use. Occupancy rules permit only six guests, with children aged five and under not counted toward this limit. An exterior camera monitors the driveway and side yard for security purposes.
