Here you will find a cosy and inviting living/dining room with a large comfy sofa and arm chairs to relax on, arranged around the feature fireplace, housing an electric fire, where you can enjoy a family movie night in the evening on the TV with DVD Player and FreeSat. There is a dining table for six, offering the perfect place to enjoy a home-cooked meal together, while the balcony doors open up onto a small balcony, where you can sit out with a glass of wine, enjoying the spectacular views across to Kingswear across the rooftops and the River Dart and out to sea past Dartmouth Castle. Hire a boat to cross the river to Kingswear, where you'll find a castle, facing out towards Dartmoor Castle, as well as the National Trust's Coleton Fishacre House & Gardens, and enjoy exploring the south coast further by train with a journey along the Dartmouth Steam Railway.
