Stepping into the property through a modern kitchen, the sitting room welcomes you to kick off your shoes and settle in for the evening to watch the TV with your loved ones. From here, gather as a group in the dining room and plan or review your day's events at the dining table while the chef of the group rustles up delicious meals for the family. Making your way through the cottage, the amply-equipped, sleek kitchen provides everything you need to assist with your self-catering requirements, including an electric oven and hob, a microwave, and an all-important dishwasher to help with the cleaning up. Give the chef of the group a break from cooking one evening and head out to The Turnberry Hotel hosting outstanding local restaurants such as 1906, offering a set menu of fresh sea food, or The Duel In The Sun for brunch with spectacular views, or perhaps make your way further afield and visit Wildings in Maidens or Souter Johnnies Inn in Kirkoswald, two first class dining experiences within a 5 minute drive / taxi. Horse racing enthusiasts are also catered for in this beautiful area of Scotland, home to Ayr Racecourse, host of the Scottish Grand National, so you can get dressed up and enjoy a day at the races.
