Positive: Location is good and the place is spacious and comfortable

Negative: The host was very rude, we were running late because of train delays so we communicated it to the host. She replied angrily that checking was only until 7pm, otherwise a late checkin fee would have applied. I was shocked. At the end we literally had to run to make it on time and we even had to wait to be let in.. just not very welcoming nor organised.
