Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Excellent shower and plenty of hot water. Good storage. Appreciated the cooling fan. Able to charge the car. Close to bus stop for getting into Bristol; no need to use car, especially with so many roadworks. Able to communicate with the management company easily.
Negative: On arrival immediately noted drip marks on walls and doors from recent guests and longer term marks on carpets; we only felt comfortable after spending time cleaning including crockery and fridge; however the bathroom was clean thank you. Lack of information on use of cooker not helped by having a broken seal. No toiletries as per listing. Recycling information needs to be more specific as guests come from all over UK where rules are so different. As this is a managed property we expected better.
Summary: Generally a good stay but small ,important ,improvements as above would’ve made it much better.
