Summary: This apartment experience was superb! Communication was excellent with always speedy responses. The gentleman at reception (and who answered my messages), Dimitar, was so friendly and helpful; he even carried my suitcases up AND back down from the apartment (3 flights of spiral stairs-not easy!!!!💓) and called a taxi for me upon check-out. The apartment was spacious, immaculate, with a charming view of the quiet side street from the small balcony and a view of the neighborhood from the large bedroom window. The bed was large and comfortable. There was always hot water and great water pressure. The a/c worked perfectly. The cleaning woman somehow managed to be in and out each day while I was out eating breakfast.I never saw her, but my dishes were put away, trash was emptied, and fresh towels were left, when needed! The neighborhood is incredible!!!! Tons of restaurants and amazing archaeological sites and other historic points of interest within a few minutes' stroll. I absolutely loved Plovdiv AND loved Bright House!!!! Thank you for a marvelous 4 days!!!
