Summary: The beds were very good and comfortable, but the property itself was not well maintained with fraying carpets and a very dusty fan. The window didn’t open. The bathroom was dirty with sand around the drains, and there was rubbish in the communal hallway. The doors were heavy, I understand they are fire doors but it took a very hard shove to get them to close properly. Overall, if you just need somewhere to crash and sleep for a night or two and don’t expect to shower it’s fine, but the property should really at least be cleaned between guests. We also could not log into the WiFi as it was confusing. The lack of actual staff to assist was an issue as we were just directed to their AI chat bot
