Positive: The room was excellent, very comfortable and spacious for a suite. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality, the staff were always on hand to help.

Negative: From discussions with the F&B Manager they have a lot of good staff but getting extra trained staff for large occassions, eg Valentines Dinner, was a challenge. In the main the staff are excellent.

Summary: The location was not the best if you wanted to explore. The hotel itself was excellent and you would
