The Space:
Driving to Blue Crush in Port Aransas, TX, you will pass the dog park, city pool and skate park. Pulling into the driveway, you'll know right away that you've picked the right beach house for your stay with ample parking, a beautiful downstairs patio, perfect for mornings, evenings and the hours in between to grill, visit with friends and family and enjoy making memories. Blue, beautiful and oh, those sunsets and views of the channel!
Parking is under the house and in the driveway. Depending on car size, 4-5 vehicles and/or 1-2 golf carts or boat parking should fit easily. Party lights are strung to make your evenings as fun and beautiful as your daytime. As beautiful as the interior is, the outdoors are just as enjoyable!
Blue Crush sleeps 12 people comfortably with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 Living Rooms, 2 Balconies, a Sauna (super cool feature), and a chef's kitchen. It is approximately 2370 sq. ft.
Entering Blue Crush upstairs, you'll have a beautiful chef's kitchen, a large dining table with 10 chairs and 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is well stocked for prepping, cooking and serving 10-14 people. The owner has stocked it with pots, pans, cooking utensils and many other prepping and cooking conveniences. A large pantry is open for guest use to stock all of those beach snacks! A regular coffee maker and a kcup coffee maker is available for guest use.
Also on this floor is a bathroom with walk in shower, a living area, a bunk room and a king bedroom.
The living area offers a large flat screen TV, with a doorway/view to to the balcony overlooking the ship channel view and those amazing sunset views.
The bunk room has 4 full size beds in full over full built in bunk style, flat screen TV with gaming system, a large walk in closet, and doors/views that lead to the balcony, again to catch those stunning views! The younger guests will LOVE this room and will never want to leave!
The king bedroom offers a flat screen TV and a large walk in closet. The bunk room, living room and this king room, all share one bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Upstairs, there is a full-size washer & dryer for guest use. Also on this 2nd story floor is a 2nd living space with flat screen TV, a pull-out sleeper sofa and this space also leads to another beautiful balcony, perfect for catching those famous Port A sunsets! This living space has a sauna for guest use - cool feature at BLUE CRUSH! A wine fridge and wet bar is also upstairs.
This 2nd story has a king master bedroom with en suite bathroom, and a queen master bedroom with en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Both of these bedrooms are beautifully decorated and furnished for a perfect stay!
This home was built for guest enjoyment, views, family and friends to gather and make memories that will last a life time!
House Rules and Things to Note:
Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
No Smoking and no vaping in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
No Parties/Events.
Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
Not responsible for accidents.
There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
Must be able to walk stairs.
No more than 12 guests.
No late check outs after 10:15am or another night's stay will be charged.
Check in Time is approx time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee.
Pets considered with paid pet fee prior to check in. Guest must disclose pets and pay pet fee prior to arrival.
STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.

There's no doubt that Blue Crush is in a fantastic location for those that want to enjoy the nature preserve, dog park, city pool, skate park, the beach and absolutely amazing sunsets!
Blue Crush is in the golf cart zone, so it's easy and fun to rent a golf cart and cart around town to the beach (10 min golf cart ride away), shops, restaurants, fishing excursions, etc. All about 3-5 minutes from Blue Crush.
This beautiful place is located near the ferry and the marina as well. But everything in Old Town Port A is within 5-10 minutes from here.
