Positive: We liked the fact that it was on the Conference grounds and close to auditorium. Steep hills.
Negative: Heavy and dangerous traffic in front of house making it very difficult to back out; musty inside (could be on border of mold); kitchen not up-to-date & oddly furnished; A/C would not cool house adequately. Mistake with internet password that was given. All furnishings were “dated”. Bedroom doors didn’t latch tightly. Vacuum cleaner didn’t work. Plastic covers on beds made for extremely hot sleeping. Kitchen exit was obstructed with a large piece of furniture or box which made it difficult to enter, and should we have needed to use it as an emergency exit, it would have been difficult. Therefore, basically only one entry & exit was at the front entry. We’ve stayed in nicer places for cheaper rates. The photos we saw on website made the rental appear much nicer than what we stepped into.
Summary: We were overall disappointed. The condition of the rental was not in keeping with the rates. We wouldn’t recommend it to
