Summary: The customer service was excellent. The staff let us store our luggage the night before our stay (and had it delivered to our room before we checked in), booked cabs for us, and packed us a breakfast to-go for our early morning check-out. Location-wise, it’s practical—a 10-minute walk to the train station and car rentals. However, the immediate area feels unsafe, and staff actually warned us not to walk late at night or to the station in the dark in the morning. The room was clean, but noticeably damp. With no bathroom fan, to ventilate the bathroom you had to open the window but that let in loud noise from the train crossing right next door. The room was also bright in the morning as the curtains didn't fully block the light. The staff truly go above and beyond, but the property itself has drawbacks.
