Positive: Perfect location with view on the rice terraces from the balcony. Warm welcome from the staff, great hospitality - they went above and beyond to ensure we have a comfortable stay and no issues communicating with the translation app. The hotel also connected us in advance to a driver we hired for 3 days. Delicious, freshly made dinner for which we could select the ingredients in the kitchen and accomodating for dietary requirements. We would recommend to everyone!
